Santa Ana is a barangay in the municipality of Taytay, in the province of Rizal. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 107,415. This represented 27.80% of the total population of Taytay.

The Barangay Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO) in Barangay Sta. Ana was established on March 14, 2013. Its main purpose is to protect, conserve, and restore the environment and natural resources. BENRO enforces the barangay's rules and regulations related to these matters and sets guidelines for their implementation. In particular, it focuses on managing solid waste, following a national policy called RA 9003, which emphasizes source segregation, separate collection, and designated facilities for waste recovery. Additionally, Zero Waste Month is celebrated every January in the Philippines, starting in 2014, to promote waste reduction and management at the local level.
